Background
Timbergreen Custom Homes has been designing and building custom homes in the Dallas area since 1983. The principal, Tom Greico, a graduate from the University of Texas School of Architecture, has designed over 800 homes in the Dallas area. Timbergreen Custom Homes has built over 125 homes since its inception in 1983. Tom personally designs and supervises the construction of all the Timbergreen Custom Homes.

Design Approach
Timbergreen Custom Homes are eclectic in the sense that each client and site offers unique opportunities, constraints, dreams and history. With this many variables each project takes on a life of its own and dictates how it should be designed. Throughout the design and construction phase client contribution is a valuable asset. In our homes there is always natural light coming from many different directions and large multi-function spaces are not allowed to lose scale or intimacy. All of these items combine to make Tom Greico a true custom designer and builder of truly custom homes.

Timbergreen Custom Homes principal Tom Greico is a Certified Registered Builder. Tom is a long standing member of the Dallas Home Builders Association. He is past president of both the Professional Builders council, and the North Dallas division of the Home Builders Association. Tom has also served on the Home Builders Board of Directors.
